Inventory – We understand how precious your belongings are, which is why we do a full inventory on your personal property located in the affected areas.  Our expert staff inspects every item for damage and takes detailed photos as they pack.  The specialized software we use records the inventory, and also allows us to create a loss report documenting the damage for your insurance company to consider for reimbursement. 

 Packing – Prime Packout specializes in safely packing your belongings so that your home can be repaired. We provide extensive and continuing training for our staff members on appropriate packing procedure and content wrapping. Each piece of glass is individually wrapped in paper, furniture covered in moving blankets and then stretch wrapped, and and mattresses placed in thick plastic bags and sealed tight. These are just a few examples, but you will no doubt be impressed at the skill, care, and efficiency demonstrated by our team. 

Most often, when dealing with a catastrophe in your home, there simply isn't a good place to store everything that needs to be moved out of the affected areas. Other times, it's just not convenient to have your whole house rearranged just to make space for the contents of the affected room; especially when you are still living there.  No matter the reason, we have solution in the form of secure, climate controlled warehouses. These warehouses are not open to the public and the locations are kept confidential for maximum security. Each and every one of our homeowners gets their own storage vault/s in the warehouse, and care is taken to make sure things don't get mixed up. Everything goes directly from your home via moving truck straight into a vault.
